What is The Journey?
The Journey is a monthly subscription, where you will receive 90ml of spirit from a distillery that are contributing to the new world of whisky by doing things differently.
What do you mean by spirits?
We are working with distilleries that are doing things differently, so you will receive a range of whisky (Whisky/Whiskey/Bourbon/Rye), New Make Spirit, or Botanicals.
Why 90ml of spirit?
90ml (a triple measure) gives you the opportunity to truly experiment with the spirit; trying it neat, in a long drink, and as the base of a cocktail. Allowing you to discover your own way to enjoy each spirit you receive...
What Mixer/Pairing can I expect?
To optimise your drinking experience we will collaborate with experts and use self-experimentation, to understand what works best with the spirit we are providing. Sending either a mixer (soda, tonic, soft drink) or a food pairing (chocolate, nuts, fruit, and snacks).
When will I receive my Subscription Box?
If the first purchase of The Journey is completed prior to the 15th day of the month, we will ship the first pack in the same month, after the 15th. Subsequent boxes will be shipped in the same time period.
If the first purchase of The Journey is completed on or after the 15th day of the month, we will ship the first pack on a date within the first week of the following month. Subsequent boxes will be shipped in the same time period.
What are the costs of delivery?
The price paid for The Journey pack includes delivery costs.
All purchases from The Shop will be subject to a delivery fee of £4.95 per order.
When can I expect delivery?
Our delivery partners guarantee delivery within 3-5 working days.
How can I cancel my Membership?
Any membership cancellations need to be completed prior to the end of the preceding month. We are unable to give refunds for Journey Packs that have already been paid for and/or shipped. The wish to cancel must be communicated via email, sent to email@example.com.
Gift subscriptions may not be cancelled.
What if my goods are damaged or broken?
If you receive a damaged or broken bottle, please contact us within 24 hours. We will send a replacement package, either the same or equivalent. TWN does not refund damaged bottles or packages.
