Svensk Rok which translates to Swedish Smoke is another from Mackmyra’s core range and the only smoky single malt whisky made of Swedish ingredients. As with most things, Mackmyra do peated whisky a little differently to most distilleries. The smoke here comes from the juniper-influenced peated barley – a cool twist and it’s certainly helped to produce a flavour profile not found anywhere else in the world. Skål!
