What is The Journey?

The Journey is our monthly whisky subscription box, where you will receive 100ml (a Triple Measure) of spirit from distilleries that are contributing to the new world of whisky by doing things a different way.

When will I receive my Subscription Box? 

We ship boxes every week, so as soon as you sign-up, we will process and ship your first box to you within the week (unless you request a specific start date). Current members and anyone on 6-month or Annual memberships will default to 5th of month after the first month. We have set it up to suit you, so you will also receive an email containing an e-Tasting Card, a link to a Tasting Video as well as The Feature and your invite to our monthly virtual whisky chat.

 

What do you mean by spirits?

We are working with distilleries that are doing things differently, so you will receive a range of whisky (Whisky/Whiskey/Bourbon/Rye) and whisky-based spirits.

 

Why 100ml of spirit?

100ml gives you the opportunity to truly explore each spirit; trying it neat, in a long drink, as the base of a cocktail, or all three. Allowing you to discover your own way to enjoy each spirit you receive...

 

What are the costs of delivery?

There are no additional delivery costs for any subscription boxes.

All purchases from The Shop will be subject to a delivery fee of £4.95 per order. 

 

When can I expect delivery?

We are a small team, but aim to process all orders within 2-days.

Our delivery partners guarantee delivery within 3-5 working days. 

 

How can I cancel my Membership?

We would love you to stay for the long haul, but you can make your journey as long or short as you like. You can cancel, pause or upgrade at any time; either from your members page or just send an email to info@thewhiskynest.com. We are unable to give refunds for Journey Boxes that have already been paid for and/or shipped. Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled.

 

What if my goods are damaged or broken?

If you receive a damaged or broken bottle, please contact us within 24 hours. We will send a replacement package, either the same or equivalent. TWN does not refund damaged bottles or packages.
