The Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky
An award-winning single malt whisky that is lovingly crafted in small batches, only using locally sourced barley.
Traditionally floor malted, then milled on-site, using two yeast varieties and a 90-hour fermentation time creates plenty of fruity flavours. Double distillation and high, but narrow, cut point further contribute to the fruitiness of the new make spirit. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels and STR ex-red wine casks create amazing depth and flavours of honey, marmalade and dark red fruits. Cheers!
