The latest cask finished expression of The One fine blended whisky, uses a very unique Sherry cask from a specific town in an Andalusian town called Sanlucar de Barrameda. Mazanilla Sherry is similar to Fino, but the towns humid climate and proximIty to the sea help create a richer and more perfumed sherry. The finished product is a fresh whisky filled with notes of candy, woodsmoke, stewed apples, lemon zest and ginger… Cheers!
